How Creating Mood Boards Enhances Brand Identity Projects

I use the AI image generation app Midjourney to help me visualize ideas quickly and experiment with different aesthetics at the beginning of my design process.

Which visual inspiration board do you prefer: A or B?

I love design, and using AI to create my visual inspiration boards makes the process even more enjoyable for me. In this example, I use Midjourney to help me visualize ideas quickly and experiment with different aesthetics at the beginning of my design process.

Whether I’m refreshing a brand or designing packaging, these inspiration boards or mood boards are a tool to get my creative ideas flowing. I do not need to share my initial mood boards with the client. In fact I like to create multiple mood boards before finalizing the concept for a specific project.

The process of creating multiple mood boards when beginning a project can stimulate creative thinking in several ways:
--Juxtaposition of diverse elements can lead to novel combinations and ideas
--Visual exploration can trigger associations that weren't initially apparent
--The freedom to experiment without commitment can encourage bold, innovative thinking
