Next, I will send you a proposal that explains my approach and process—plus a summary of the goals and an overview of how we can work together. The project investment will be detailed along with the timeline. If you are on board with the proposal, I will send you the client contract with the payment schedule.

Now the design process begins with access to your very own project dashboard. I use Notion. You will also receive a welcome kit and a video that walks you through the design process. I will share a schedule with milestones for the project and review dates. When the project is complete, the offboarding process begins. I will provide a launch guide and/or branding guide for you.
