  • Developing the brand strategy is a collaborative effort. Together we can create a brand mission, visual direction, tone of voice, and user goals that fits your brand vision.

  • To start and guide the brand design process, as a team we can create a mood board that serves as an inspirational tool. This mood board project is something you will help build.

  • Using the information you have given me about your brand I will create a one-page visual summary of your brand identity. This is a brand “cheat sheet” containing all of your brand’s visual elements (logo, colors, fonts, images) in one place.

  • I will create an in-depth version of your brand board. This includes all brand decisions such as logo alternatives and logo use, color palettes and pairings, complete font systems, brand graphics, patterns or icons, photo styles and treatments, and possibly even brand tone, voice, and content style.

  • A well-structured sitemap will make your website searchable by search engines, offering users more accurate search results when they are looking for keywords that are associated with the content you can provide. The sitemap offers a snapshot of your site’s theme and helps the user grasp the services and products that you offer. The sitemap helps a brand streamline the conversion funnel—with the goal to have fewer steps needed for your users to convert.

  • Creating wireframes will help to provide a clear direction of where to go with a design. Wireframes are a communication tool: they're an opportunity to articulate ideas visually and make sure the brand team is in agreement before building out your actual product.

  • Create storyboards—a visual representation of how the user would interreact with your site or app.

  • In order to test how the website or app performs users will test drive the prototypes. I will design a website or app prototype with the option for clickable prototypes and animation.

  • Optimize and improve website security, speed, and efficiency such that your website will be favored by search engines.

  • Using responsive resize in XD and Figma to adapt designs for responsive web design breakpoints, or different mobile device sizes.

  • Create a Squarespace website for your brand. I am a member of the Squarespace Circle team.

    Customize key template pages for your website. Up to 4 pages (Home page PLUS 3 pages of your choice: About, Contact, Services, Portfolio, Blog, Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Links)

    NOTE: Since Squarespace is user-friendly, you always have the option to add more pages on your own. Or you can hire us to add pages for you.

    I require clients to submit brand strategy documents before project kick-off. (The brand strategy should identify the target audience, positioning, brand messaging, content pillars, brand persona, voice, and tone.)

    Brand Strategy and Identity
    To fully reimagine the creative direction of your brand and differentiate your brand from competitors, I recommend a new brand strategy and brand identity to represent your style and story. This is a foundation step that is completed before the website design phase.

    Deliverables include the following:
    - Logo Suite

    - Typography and color system

    - Icons and Illustrations for web use

    - Brand Guide: a comprehensive guide on how you can apply your new brand identity
